How Much Has Property Grown in the Last 10 Years?

More specifically, the average UK property price has increased by more than 64% since 2011 – a rise of around £107,000.

Currently, the average UK rent is hovering around £1,000, meaning you could receive an annual gross yield of £12,000 on top of this.
