Joseph Mews, a leading UK property investment company, is delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Incledon as Sales Director for the GCC Region. Chris will be based in Dubai and brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the property industry, making him a valuable addition to the Joseph Mews team.
With a background as a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor, Chris boasts a stellar track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. His extensive experience in the property sector includes specialising in acquiring and selling investment and development opportunities across London and the South-East. Notably, Chris has overseen an impressive portfolio of circa 30+ deals annually and led the acquisitions team for an SME London property developer, procuring multimillion-pound sites spanning various use classes.
In his new role at Joseph Mews, Chris will be actively engaging with partner agents in the GCC Region, as well as liaising with wealth managers, property agents, private banks, and other key stakeholders. His responsibilities will include nurturing existing relationships while forging new ones with prospective clients, furthering Joseph Mews’ presence within the region.
