Joseph Mews Appoints New Director in South Africa

Joseph Mews, a global property group specialising in UK property investment, has appointed a new Director in South Africa. Craig Warwick – the group’s former Business Development Manager – will be leading the team in South Africa. 

Joseph Mews Property Group was formerly known as SevenInvest, the marketing and distribution channel for UK based property developer, SevenCapital. After nine years in the Group, SevenInvest Director Andy Foote has expanded and rebranded the global sales and marketing teams – which includes offices in the UK, UAE, South Africa and Hong Kong – to Joseph Mews Property Group.

Craig was instrumental in the global operation of SevenInvest and now Joseph Mews, playing an integral part in the company’s growth in South Africa. Having joined the business in 2019, Craig brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.

With experience in the land, student accommodation and care home sectors, his history in the property industry allows him to understand the challenges of offshore investing and advise on those looking to build – or expand upon – a Pound-based portfolio.
