Joseph Mews Property Group Officially Launches

Happy new year! This week has not only marked the start of another year but also the start of our brand new property investment business, Joseph Mews. We’re excited to announce that we officially launched on 4th January, with the goal of helping investors create wealth through property.
Joseph Mews represents the next step for our chairman Andy Foote, who previously led the team at SevenInvest – the distribution and marketing channel for SevenCapital. After nine years and almost £1 billion worth of sales, we’ve expanded the SevenInvest team into a new venture, Joseph Mews, which will join Andy’s existing group of businesses – The Brain Tumour Charity, Alexander Daniels, Nub & Ho Properties and BMS Ltd.
As well as offering investment consultancy and unrivalled 360-degree customer service, we will also provide the resources for a successful buy-to-let investment, including market research, investment guides and tools.
Although we will continue to have a working relationship with SevenCapital, Joseph Mews gives us more opportunities to work with new developers, expand into new markets and more importantly, provide clients around the world with what they need for a successful investment.
SevenInvest was the exclusive distribution channel for SevenCapital for many years, but we have previously had a successful partnership with the Oxford and Cherwell District Council. Appointed to deliver 104 apartments in Bicester within the wider Graven Hill Village development, the SevenInvest team sold all apartments within just four months.
Not only does Andy have a demonstrated history within the property investment industry, he knows first-hand what makes a successful buy-to-let. With three commercial buildings and two holiday homes in his own portfolio, his experience and knowledge has been at the root of his successful property businesses.
Andy’s portfolio and his existing businesses are a legacy to his son, Joseph, who sadly lost his life to a brain tumour in 2007 at just nine years old. In Spain you’ll find Casa Jose, Joseph’s Lodge is nestled in the UK’s Cotswolds and of course in Birmingham you’ll find Joseph’s House, as well as Joseph Mews – the Georgian ‘Mews’ building which is now our HQ.
In addition to Andy’s expansive portfolio, he also founded the Joseph Foote Trust with the aim of helping other families and children diagnosed with the same condition. The Joseph Foote Trust has since grown into The Brain Tumour Charity – the largest charity of its kind in the world. From funding millions of pounds worth of research, the charity has pushed the survival rate from just 15% to 77% over the last ten years.
Andy said: “Myself and the team are incredibly excited to be taking on this new challenge, which will allow us to extend our reach to new audiences and partners around the globe while providing an outstanding standard of care and exceptional investment opportunities for clients.
“Our focus will be on delivering quality developments alongside quality developers, working closely with capable and trusted partners to bring the most exciting projects to our investors.”
To coincide with the new launch, we’re also launching two new developments, Lockside Wharf and The Pavilion at Nightingale Quarter. Both of these projects represent exciting opportunities for investors and we’re proud to be helping bring them to market.
