Naomi has joined the Joseph Mews team as our Handover and Aftersales Manager. Naomi has over 10 years experience within the property industry specialising in new build apartments and houses. Working in various roles within property industry, she has a natural ability to build strong relationships with those working on site and also our clients with a great eye for detail. Naomi ensures communication and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of every customer journey.
Naomi and her team will work closely with our New Business team, Developers, property agents and clients from 6 weeks before completion and thereafter. Naomi and her team will assist with lettings and furniture delivery, perform regular check in calls, key handover appointments, snagging and will be the main point of contact for all our clients’ needs within their 2 year warranty period.
