Chris Incledon, our Sales Director for GCC, based in Dubai brings with him a wealth of experience as a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor, boasting a stellar track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. His tenure in the property industry has equipped him with the precise skill set essential for achieving success in this sector. Early in his career, Chris specialized in acquiring and selling Investment and Development opportunities across London and the South-East, overseeing an impressive portfolio of circa 30+ deals annually. More recently, Chris led the acquisitions team for an SME London Property Developer, where he was involved in the procurement of multimillion-pound sites spanning various use classes, including residential and student accommodation.
Chris is actively engaging with partner agents on the ground within the region, as well as liaising with wealth managers, property agents, private banks, and other key stakeholders. His responsibilities include nurturing existing relationships while forging new ones with prospective clients.
