With 23 years experience in the property industry, Charlotte as a strong background in sales, lettings and management as well as project management of commercial refurbishments and portfolio management of both residential and commercial properties.
As Development Director at Joseph Mews, Charlotte helps lead the strategic growth and development of the organisation by identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and delivering developments ready for sale. Working closely with stakeholders and external partners, Charlotte onboards our new developments and oversees the handover to the sales team.
Charlotte also has a strong presence in the Charity sector and has been integral in raising funds, awareness and event planning for The Brain Tumour Charity, Fetcher Dog Charity and The Matt Gallagher Foundation.
