Ashvir Girdhari is the Sales Manager, Africa at Joseph Mews, based in Durban, where he helps investors across the African market build and grow their UK & Dubai property portfolios.
Ashvir brings a strong background in financial services and property-related sales. Before joining Joseph Mews, he was a Sales Representative at BetterBridge, where he focused on bridging finance for property transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Administrator at BetterBond, one of South Africa’s largest bond originators, supporting the mortgage application process, and as a Sales Executive at Purple Group where he gained knowledge of trading the financial markets, asset management and various financial services.
His passion for property called again and has been in UK property investments for the past 13 years.
This combination of experience in sales, client relationship management, and property finance gives Ashvir a well-rounded understanding of the investment journey — from financing through to portfolio growth — which he brings to supporting Joseph Mews’ clients across the African market.
